Dentistry Awards 2021 Results are In!

The largest event of the year for the dental industry was held in November at the Athena, Leicester. Over 500 dental employees gathered at The Dentistry Awards 2021 to celebrate their successes in what has proved to be an extremely challenging year. For the first time in its ten year history a practice from North Wales was shortlisted as a Finalist. "We are proud to be flying the flag for North Wales" says Dan Naylor, Clinical Director at Ruabon Road Dental Practice, Wrexham. "As an independent NHS practice it was an honour to be considered alonside large corporate practices and private city surgeries". Instagram influencer and celebrity The Singing Dentist co-hosted the ceremony presenting Ruabon Road with two Highly Commended awards, for Best Practice and Best in Patient Care.  "Recognition by the dental industry is a real boost after such a tough year" says Dan "It bears testimony to how our team went above and beyond to deliver outstanding patient care in the face of adversity. Our newly acquired awards are proudly displayed in Reception for our patients to see as they too play a part in our success. We are always grateful for their support which has been even more prevalent since the nominations were announced. We have been flooded with positive messages of encouragement and appreciation making us proud to be part of such a caring community".
