In-house CBCT Scanner

Our Digital Imaging Suite is now open making Ruabon Road one of the few practices in the area able to offer patients CT and OPT scans in-house. Our state-of-the-art CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scanner produces precise, high resolution 3D images of a patient’s mouth including the teeth, jaws, soft tissue and bones. Clinical Director Dan Naylor says “We are continually investing in our patients through advanced technology and training. Our clinicians have been fully trained and are qualified to operate the CBCT machine with images comparable to medical CT scans and provide patient consultations regarding their findings and offer the most treatment options”. A CBCT dental scanner has become a crucial tool that can be instrumental when considering complex treatments and surgical procedures.
