Team of the Year

On Friday 8th November Dan Naylor attended the Private Dentistry Award ceremony at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London. It was fortunate timing as Dan was already in London for the BACD (British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) Annual Conference. Ruabon Road Dental Practice had been selected as Finalist in two categories at the awards; Best Team and Best in Patient Care across Wales and South West. Having never attended before we didn’t know what to expect. The event was an impressive affair with over 1,000 dental colleagues representing their exclusively private practices and celebrating their successes. For Ruabon Road to receive a double nomination was a huge honour so when we were announced in the Team of the Year category and presented with a Highly Commended Award, Dan couldn’t believe it. Speaking proudly about his colleagues he said
‘Our team has expanded since it opened in 1980. We now have 40 people working here and each person plays a vital part to ensure we deliver the best possible service. We focus on comprehensive care using our multi-disciplinary team to provide the complete patient journey under one roof. We invest heavily in our team who work hard to improve their own skills and we encourage their career development. I am thrilled that the judges recognised the contribution each of our players makes to make us a winning team. We will definitely all be celebrating as a team too”.
