Administrative Team Member
We have an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our professional Reception and Administrative Team. Ruabon Road Dental Practice provides general and cosmetic dentistry to private and NHS patients. It is a well-established and friendly Practice, conveniently located in Wrexham town centre with free on-street parking. No previous experience is required for the role as full in-house training will be provided. Excellent people and communication skills are essential qualities. The candidate should also be a non-smoker, confident, well-presented, approachable, organised and IT literate. The salary is the minimum living wage plus a contribution to our pension scheme plus various target bonuses plus treatment discounts. Proposed working hours are Tuesdays to Thursdays 8.20am to 5.30pm, Fridays & Saturdays 8.20am to 4.30pm. Job Description: Greet patients at our front-of-house and ensure a smooth and efficient dental experience from the initial point of booking through to their follow-up assessment. Handle telephone enquiries and respond to any queries or leads received by e-mail or via our website.
